King Salman receives message from Kuwait’s emir

During a virtual session chaired by Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman, the Cabinet approved the decision to have this year's Hajj with a limited number of pilgrims from all nationalities residing in the Kingdom, stressing that the move aims to ensure that Hajj is safely performed, Muslims are protected from the coronavirus pandemic and the teachings of Islam in preserving health are adhered to. — SPA

King Salman received a written message from Kuwait’s Emir Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah on Friday.

Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan in Riyadh recieved the message when he received Sheikh Dr. Ahmed Nasser Al-Mohammad Al-Sabah, minister of foreign affairs and acting minister of information of Kuwait.

Later, Prince Faisal saw the Kuwaiti minister off on his departure from Riyadh.

Also on Friday, King Salman and Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman sent letters to the Algerian president after he tested positive with the coronavirus.

They wished Abdelmadjid Tebboune a speedy recovery after he stayed in hospital in Germany.
